Are you time poor? Stressed out by the daily grind? Need a break from hectic family life?
Our retreats are designed to be easy to fit in to a busy schedule, being a single day away from either work or family, whilst still maximising the benefit of taking some of this precious time to yourself.
Each retreat will be hosted by Hannah, supported by an experienced lifestyle coach, sharing their wisdom and knowledge on a range of themes. The yoga practices will complement the theme, with a variety of poses and breathwork, suitable for all levels of experience.

2024 will see the introduction of sharing circles - these will be open to women, both cisgender and anyone who identifies as female, cultivating a supportive, non-judgemental space, where we can activate our feminine energies. The circle will be a held and safe space into which you can come and feel safe to express, be heard and listened to. This is a safe place to share our experiences, our worries, ask questions or to simply just sit and listen, absorbing the support of others.
